A few weeks ahead Grand Pavois La Rochelle 2024 International Boat Show where we will be exhibiting, our STAY-Ô house-boat has been the subject of several articles in the press, which highlight the relevance of our innovative concept, which responds to numerous issues and trends in both the tourism and real estate markets: – Environmentally friendly design both in terms of construction and operation (energy autonomy and the water cycle) – Adaptation to the risk of rising waters linked to global warming – Answer to the rise in urban pressure on the coast and the increase in the cost of coastal real estate – Sustainable tourism close to nature, Hedonism, slow-tourism… This is made possible thanks to the exclusive design of the hull, which is the subject of an international patent, and can effectively accommodate all technical installations, while allowing easy access for maintenance of the latter: a house-boat which is designed for living on board, but also to make life easier for operators, particularly hoteliers, as part of our concept of KAYFLO VILLAGE.
